User Experience Assessment
Government Programs Marketing currently relies upon manual, ad hoc, and fragmented processes for capturing, organizing, and distributing the data necessary to support campaign content. The proposed target solution will consolidate and streamline the capturing and storage of data.
Scope
The client has provided all business requirements and use cases for this micro app. The wires below are the initial talking points to validate what I will be designing off from and combining with UHC style guide.

UHC Style Guide
In addition to the UHC branding guidelines, the client has proposed to use the Abyss JS Framework to include for the development team which is reflected within the component sections.

User Personas
There are 4 key personas that I have listed out here that details their level of access.
-
Basic User: The Basic User will be able to view/read only access all respective interfaces.
-
Admin: The Admin User will be able to read and write access to all interfaces
-
Report User: The Report User role will have both view/browse and generate new reports across all types of reports.
-
Super Admin: The Super Admin user will be able to read, write, delete access to all interfaces and able to view, generate types of reports (Will get access through Secure and shall be “Check all”)
High Level Information Architecture
This high level information architecture provides user navigation along with user access roles.

Wireframes
Per the business requirements established by the product owner, I was able to create the wireframes within Figma. It provided means for validation and confirmation from the client for the use case requirements. The idea was to provide a clickable prototype within Figma and get feedback from the client.
