A digital ID is crucial for insurance websites as it enables secure customer verification, significantly reducing the risk of fraud, streamlining the onboarding process, facilitating faster claims processing, and ultimately improving the overall customer experience while adhering to regulatory compliance standards by ensuring accurate identification of policyholders.
